We’ve secured room blocks at several hotels in Uptown Charlotte — the heart of the Queen City! All hotels are walking distance from one another (1/4-mile or less), and a shuttle transfer to and from the venue will be provided from a central location for interested guests. Exact shuttle details will be confirmed closer to our date.
IMPORTANT: Room blocks have a booking deadline of October 13, 2026 and may fill up sooner. Don’t wait to book your accommodations!

Prefer to immerse yourself in the local culture when you travel? If you’d rather not stay in a hotel, we’ve also put together a list of recommended AirBnBs for the weekend, suitable for groups from two to over twenty people. Some of these stays are close to our venue, while others are closer to Uptown Charlotte and our hotel blocks.
IMPORTANT: AirBnBs need to be booked independently, and availability is not guaranteed for our wedding weekend. We are not able to arrange group transportation from local stays, but you are welcome to meet up with our hotel block guests and take the shuttle to/from Uptown Charlotte if you would like!

GETTING HERE
By plane
For our guests traveling from several states — or countries! — away, Charlotte has several convenient airport options to choose from.
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
The CLT airport will be the most convenient option for most guests. It’s a major hub with plenty of airlines to choose from, and it’s also an easy 15-minute trip to Uptown Charlotte and our wedding hotels.
Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA)
For guests with access to regional airlines like Avelo and Allegiant, the Concord airport is a great option. About 25 minutes from both our wedding hotels and the wedding venue, it’s a smaller, less crowded alternative to CLT.
Other Nearby Airports (within approximately a two-hour drive):
For guests who would like to combine our wedding weekend with some additional sightseeing or visits with family in the area, the following airports are great alternatives if you plan to rent a car:
- Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) – 1.5 hours
- Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) – 1.5 hours
- Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) – 1.5 hours
- Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) – 2.5 hours
By Train
If you know Reaghan, you know we had to include public transit options on our list! Charlotte’s Amtrak station offers daily passenger rail service via the three routes below. For more information, click below to learn more about the stops and schedules for each route!
The Carolinian
This route connects Charlotte with other major east coast destinations like NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, Raleigh, and Wilson (AKA the home of Wawa in North Carolina)
The Crescent
This route serves much of the eastern and southern coasts of the US, including NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Spartanburg, Atlanta, Birmingham, New Orleans, and somehow also Clemson and Gastonia.
The Piedmont
This route serves several major North Carolina cities along the I-85 corridor, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, and Kannapolis.
GETTING AROUND
By Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle will be provided for guests on the day of the wedding. This shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at a central location convenient to our wedding hotels in Uptown Charlotte.
Please be sure to note whether you plan to use the shuttle service when you RSVP for the wedding!
By car
Most guests will find it easiest to navigate the Charlotte area by car, whether with a rental car or rideshare/taxi services. Plenty of major car rental companies serve CLT and the Concord Airport. Rideshare companies like Uber and Lyft are widely accessible across the Charlotte area and serve both our wedding hotels and the wedding venue. For airport transfers, there are also several reputable taxi companies in the area.
By Train (again)
Guests staying at our wedding hotels will enjoy easy access to Charlotte’s light rail line, the Blue Line, and streetcar line, the Gold Line.
